How do you manage your difficult relationships?
Most of us have at least one person in our life that, hard as we try, positive communication seems impossible to maintain. I work with clients all the time in the office helping them understand that while they can’t change other people, they can change the way they choose to interact and react to them.
When we take responsibility for our thoughts and behaviors, we can begin to create change. Sometimes things don’t look too different on the outside but they feel different for us on the inside. We get to decide how much we value the feedback we receive and can choose a positive inner circle that propels us closer to God and becoming our best Spirit-led selves. (Romans 15:5)
