What’s a small movement you can make today if you are feeling stuck?
It’s Monday and I’m using today to start fresh after struggling with knee pain for over a month. Today I’m getting an MRI and continuing my recovery treatment plan.
As I work with clients in the counseling office, emotional recovery is similar to physical recovery. It takes a plan and it takes time and intention to truly create lasting healing.
I also love that a lot of our clients want us to pray for them as I think prayer and involving God in the process can create a more hopeful outlook as we approach healing our bodies, minds, and souls.
