What’s the difference between Christian coaching and Christian counseling?
I will be equipping other mental health professionals to answer this question as I lead two sessions on Mental Health Practitioner to Coach:
Expand Your Practice and Increase Your Freedom.
I’m so excited to work with other mental health professionals as we discuss the possibility of using their training with the freedom to cross state lines and work with clients who desire to create life balance and positive change. The people are not struggling with actual diagnoses but are wanting to protect their mental health and improve their life, integrating scripture and prayer into the process.
Have you ever considered hiring a life coach? Or, if you have, what was that experience like for you? I think the added benefit of having a life coach who has also been an experienced mental health professional is we bring concentrated skills in the area of listening, knowledge regarding life change, and the experience to empower people to live life as their best spirit lead selves.
As a Certified Master Level Christian Coach with @iccicoaching and Certified Brain Health Coach with @doc_amen, I love working with entrepreneurs and women from across the country who want to live their best lives. I also love coaching teens and young adults across the country who do not yet qualify for a diagnosis of depression or anxiety but are struggling and want someone to talk to and their parents desire that person to be someone who has a strong faith.
