Today on the podcast, Tricia Goyer, author of 70 books including her latest Walk It Out joins me as we talk about illness, grief and walking beside someone as they enter heaven. We focus on Chapter 4 in her latest book and discuss the passing of her grandfather and the recent loss of my sister in law who died of breast cancer this past year. Topics include the stages of grief, what grief feels like and how can cope during times of loss. We also address ways parents can help children cope with illness and grief when it occurs in the family.
I also wrote a blog post on Tricia‘s website regarding this topic which you can find here.
