How are you doing this week at intentionally direction your thoughts?
If we aren’t directing our thoughts, we often find ourselves reacting emotionally to external happenings especially when we feel like they are out of our control.
Whenever you read this, decide how you want to feel – happy, peaceful, energetic, etc…. Then ask yourself what you want to think to create those feelings. Take a moment and check out the process and see if you’ve got it or you need to do a little practice.
The brain is a muscle that needs trained.
